It’s easy to get cash at New Square with four cashpoints outside Tesco and another one outside the Post Office.
Lost Property
Lost property is retained in the security office so you can report any missing items there.
Electric Vehicle Charging
We have four Pod Points points available where you can charge your electric vehicle free of charge.
Located in New Square’s short-stay car park, you can shop, eat or watch a film while you give your vehicle a boost. Simply download the Pod Point app in advance in order to use the chargers.

Postal lockers are available at New Square. In Post, Evri, Yeep and Royal Mail are all located on Tesco Car Park accessible 24 hours a day,

With accessible stores all on one level, New Square tries to ensure all visitors have an enjoyable visit.
Facilities include accessible toilets, a Shopmobility service which can be booked by calling 0121 553 1931 and parking spaces reserved for disabled access.
