Part Time Sales-Assistant at PANDORA

Candidates must be Monday-Sunday Fully Flexible as this is a 20hour Key Holder Position.

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Key Holder/Sales Assistant. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and will have proven success in achieving KPI’s and targets in a similar role. You will lead by example, promote a strong team spirit and ensure everyone is focused on customer satisfaction. You will report to the Store Manager who will support you in achieving operational goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisor Vacancy at PANDORA

Key Role Responsibilities

Supervisors are our team coaches, who train and develop the wider team to unlock their potential on the shop floor. Day to day, Supervisors will share their PANDORA product knowledge with the wider team, run bite-size training and coaching sessions, and keep the operations of the store running smoothly. Supervisors will lead the wider team by example, so will be set their own personal KPIs and targets which they must achieve. We see a high-performing store as a full team effort. Our store teams must demonstrate the ability to apply our Company values of Pride, Passion and Performance to their position.

Responsibilities include:

Sales Floor

  • Oversee the running of the shop floor, ensure tasks are being delegated effectively in order to best impact store performance
  • Running daily “team huddles” – ensuring these are commercial, relevant and motivational
  • Complete daily floor walks, actioning or delegating any tasks needed
  • Communicate the store incentives to the wider team, ensure team members are on track with their individual KPIs, and motivate them to succeed.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills
  • Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service, obtaining customer data and adapting your approach depending on individuals personalities and needs
  • Learn and confidently share PANDORA product knowledge with the wider teams
  • Conduct 1-1 training/coaching sessions and provide feedback to the team
  • Ensure daily housekeeping is actioned to a high standard, furniture is maintained well and any repairs are reported promptly

Operational Procedures

  • Act has key holder for the store and ensure the relevant store opening/closure procedure is always actioned
  • Cashing up and reconciling the till systems
  • Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and anything escalated to you by the team
  • Always being alert while on the shop floor and following company security policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe

Desirable Competencies, Knowledge and Experience

Proven ability to build appropriate relationships with customers and colleagues

Ability to take the lead and take initiative, over-seeing a busy sales environment

Able to take a confident approach with serious customer complaints

Strong selling skills, with experience in a luxury environment with 1-1 sales experience preferable

Excellent communicator – Supervisors need to initiate contact and communicate confidently, so articulate spoken English is essential

Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales driven atmosphere – our stores are often very busy, with long queues of customers waiting to be served

A positive, “can-do” attitude, an individual who enjoys as working as one part of a successful team
