Christmas at New Square

Santa Claus is coming to town on Saturday 1 December with the return of New Square’s legendary Santa’s Grotto!

There’s a winter wonderland to explore inside the cosy grotto, where children can have a magical meeting with Father Christmas and tell him what’s on their Christmas lists this year. Entry to the grotto includes a special gift picked by Santa!

Grown-ups can take their own photos to capture the moment, or there’s the opportunity to purchase a professional framed photo of them meeting Santa to treasure a wonderful festive memory.

Santa will be making his home here every day until he jets off around the world on his sleigh on Christmas Eve. Every entry fee includes a donation to Kaleidoscope Plus Group, New Square’s Charity of the Year.

Meet Santa’s Reindeer & Nativity Animal Farm

To add even more Christmas sparkle, New Square will also be welcoming Santa’s Reindeer on Saturday 15th December, 11am-3pm, for an extra special visit. Children will love having a close encounter with the likes of Donner, Blitzen and Dancer, and it’s a wonderful photo opportunity!

There’s nothing that says Christmas more than a nativity, and on Sunday 16th December, 11am-3pm, a Nativity Animal Farm will give families the chance to meet donkeys, ponies, chickens and lots of other animals within a magical nativity setting. It’s an incredible way to bring the story of Christmas to life for children of all ages! This event is organised in partnership with West Bromwich BID.

Both events are free.
